Most filling pasta dishes you may ever try that are easy to make…

Most students have pasta in their house and before I became venturous in the kitchen I would cook spaghetti bolognese or carbonara. I love pasta and I’ve got some stomach filling recipes to share with you all which I recommend you give a try!

Bacon and Courgette Garlic Pasta

You will need:-

Bacon (as much as you like)
Courgettes (as many as you like)
Pasta (as much as you like)
Garlic and Herb Philadelphia
Double Cream (150ml)
A little olive oil

How to:-

  1. Fry the bacon and courgettes together in a frying pan with a little olive oil for about 10 minutes or however you like your bacon and courgettes
  2. While the bacon and courgettes are frying, cook some pasta in boiling water on the hob for around 15 minutes
  3. When you’re happy with your bacon and courgettes add the Philadelphia and leave to reduce to a sauce type consistency
  4. When the Philadelphia has turned into a sauce consistency add the cream for a more creamy consistency and leave to warm
  5. When the sauce is ready; drain the pasta and add the bacon and courgettes in the creamy garlic and herb sauce to the pasta and mix thoroughly.
  6. Serve immediately!

 

Chorizo Pasta

You will need:

Pasta (as much as you like)
Chorizo (as much as you like)
Black pitted olives (as many as you like and if you don’t like olives, then sweetcorn is a good substitute)
Green beans (as many as you like and if you don’t like green beans then a red or green pepper is a good substitute)
ASDA Tomato & Mascarpone Sauce (350g)

How to:-

  1. Boil the pasta in a pan of boiling water for around 15 minutes
  2. While the pasta is cooking fry chopped chorizo in a frying pan along with the green beans for around 10 minutes (the green beans may need more depending on how you like them or peppers if you don’t like green beans)!
  3. When the chorizo and green beans have finished add the olives (or sweetcorn) to the frying pan and fry for a further 3 to 5 minutes
  4. Drain the pasta and add the tomato and mascarpone sauce and warm slightly on the hob
  5. Then add the chorizo, green beans (and/or peppers) and then olives (and/or sweetcorn) to the pasta in the tomato and mascarpone sauce
