The simplest cakes you could ever make and probably have made as a child are Rice Krispie cakes… how to make them Easter cakes? Put some mini eggs on top! Here’s my method on how to make your own Rice Krispie Easter Cakes…
You Will Need:
200g of Rice Krispies
200g of Milk/White/Dark chocolate
100g of Unsalted Butter
4 tbsp of Golden Syrup
20 small cake cases
1. Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter together either in a saucepan on the hob at a very low temperature or in the microwave for short amounts of time checking it doesn’t overheat!
2. When the mixture is fully melted add the Rice Krispies and make sure they’re all covered in the chocolate mixture.
3. Spoon the mixture into the cake cases and pop two mini eggs on top of each one.
4. Put in the fridge to set for an hour or so, then enjoy!!
Easy to make and taste sooooo good!
