When it comes to being a neighbour, we all have some ideas of just what this means. However, sometimes in the midst of uni work and socialising, it can be easy to forget about the people around us, particularly our neighbours!
With the end of the year rapidly approaching, the time has almost come to let our hair down and celebrate everything we’ve achieved this year at University.
Moving to University can be totally overwhelming in its own right! Once you add in other pressures like keeping on top of your reading and assignments whilst looking for part-time work, joining a society may seem like an unrealistic option for you.
All parents will know that sometimes it’s difficult enough being just that – a parent – without adding ‘student’ in there too! I asked my colleague Georgie Sherrard for her experience of being a student parent and here’s what she had to share with you all.
