Just starting out at Worcester University had its moments but one of the toughest was the first few days here. Let’s face it, a new environment can be a little daunting even on holiday.

Animals, just like humans, have a wide range of personality traits such as laziness, which can gain them quite a reputation.
So what’s the difference between these animals and students? Are they both lazy by nature? Ermm, I can’t say no to that but I can’t say yes, either.

The first thing that hits me when I get off the plane is the lovely rain, dull sky, and the oh-so-refreshing wind that nearly sweeps me off my feet. I have no idea which way I’m going, but I listen to my instinct and follow the herd. Everybody seems to rush to a little train. I first the lecturer that was met Andy Screen on the Friday of my first week at university. By that time, I thought I had got it all figured out and I was assured that it wasn’t as hard as expected.
