University assignments were different to what I had done in the sixth form so I really didn’t know what to expect when I got my first assignment back. I was so happy when I passed with a good grade and it really gave me the confidence to develop my writing style.
Luckily for me, my decision to study Geography at university was fairly straight forward. I always enjoyed the subject throughout school and it was something I was quite good at. One of the highlights of the Geography course here at Worcester, is when students are invited to travel on residential field trips.
On my Gerography course, half or full day field trips make up a regular part of most modules, for both human and physical geographers. So it’s always important to have the right gear with you!! You must be prepared for anything.
