It can be easy to forget that there is a whole other world out there whilst you live at University. You live in this little bubble of your friends, your social life, your workload, and the odd bit of work and lectures as well!
I’m sure many of you have got Facebook pages, a Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+ account as well as being active on Tumblr and Pinterest. But I’m not sure if you know that everything we do online is in the public domain, which means: everyone and anyone can search for you online.
Third-year modules are over, provisional grades are in, people are leaving, and the moment we have all dreaded for so long is finally here….. Our University careers are coming to an end.
That’s it, my time as an undergraduate Drama and Performance student at the University of Worcester has come to an end, so I’ve decided to write a post about what I’ll miss most about my time as a university student. I’ve had such a good time at university, and much of it was because of the following factors:
It’s finally here, the end of my student life at Worcester. I’ve decided to write some ideas that the third-year students could do before leaving university, I hope you’ll find them useful.
Graduation is the final “uni party” that you get to go to as a student; a very different party, one where your friends and family all join in to celebrate the fact that you survived the last few years of your life in which you faced a lot of studying, essays, presentations, deadlines, working, laughing, crying, homesickness, some more deadlines and studying.
Your three years of your degree work towards one day… GRADUATION! Despite being on my PGCE course for nearly three months I only just had my graduation on the 21st November.
