University. Sounds scary, doesn’t it? Sounds like responsibility that comes with a large work load. It isn’t. University is not always scary, it’s not always hectic. It can be fun, rewarding, exciting. It can offer new experiences. But when do we say enough is enough?
Hi, I’m Meg and I am currently a first year Psychology student and am a member of the new team of Student Wellbeing Champions here at the University of Worcester.
One of my concerns before starting university was that I would struggle to eat healthy due to not being at home to enjoy the nutritious home-cooked meals. I aimed to find several ways to make eating healthy on a budget that little bit easier and tastier!
