So UK Coffee Week is here, which comes quite handy as if you’re a student. You are most likely celebrating it all year round, especially during the assessment period. I am personally a huge coffee lover. I’m not an expert, but I am quite picky about my energy-boosting beverage.

I like to look at every semester like a blank canvas; a chance to really get your act together and become a better version of yourself.

I think resolutions are great – there is always potential for improvement and change can be good! However, with the busy nature of university life, it can be hard to find the time to achieve your resolutions and disheartening if you fall short of your ambitions.
Last week we marked World Alzheimer’s day. Despite the large numbers of people who have Alzheimer’s, many people still do not understand the disease, and admittedly not so long ago I was one of these people.
So it’s nearly exam time and the panic is starting to settle in… how can I possibly revise all of this stuff before my exams?! Breath. It’s going to be okay.
