Hi everyone! It’s me, Lotta, again with another budget-friendly recipe for students. This time, I’ll show you a DELICIOUS banana pancake recipe that only takes less than 15min to make and costs around £2! You’ll only need bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder, vanilla extract or vanilla sugar, cinnamon (optional but very nice addition!), and all your favourite toppings.
Let’s get baking!
Serves: 6 smaller pancakes
Less than £3 (Aldi)*
*Without baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon. Includes pack of 6 eggs and 2 bananas
What do you need?
- Mix the eggs, oats, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon together.
- Add mashed the bananas to the mix.
- Mix well!
- Let it sit for 5min
- Heat up your pan on medium heat (I had 9 settings on my oven, and I used a 6)
- Cook your pancakes!
Top tips: Cinnamon is amazing addition to the dough, and if you want to be extra, add some blueberries there too!
I hope you enjoyed the recipe! You can check it on University of Worcester TikTok too 😉
